Peer Review

In the past, the only times I ever did peer review was during my high school English classes. Where we exchanged drafts of our essays and make note of any grammatical mistakes, or better suited sentences. Just feedback in general. Most of the time though people just complimented your work and moved on with the class. Thinking about it now makes me a little nervous since I always want to know what the other person is thinking of my work. Sometimes people sugar coat things, so i would want the full truth of their thoughts.

Pros and Cons?

Peer review can be pretty beneficial when you need a second opinion, or to look over any mistakes you may have missed. Plus it can also help take away any potential bias. Though depending on the person, they may not be honest with you, or you may not agree with their evaluation. I am hoping to receive any kind of feedback at all, because having that helps me improve my work/ my groups work.
